General Information

Vaux Releasing is operated by American Bravado LLC., under agreement with Vaux Releasing, to provide direct-to-consumer sales, fulfillment, and customer service to customers in the United States.  American Bravado LLC operates this website for customers located in the United States. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit purchases at our discretion.

Product Availability and Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.

Product availability, release dates, packaging details, technical specifications, pricing, and product images are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product descriptions, inventory inaccuracies, or typographical mistakes at any time.

Limited Editions and Packaging

Many of Vaux Releasing's products are produced in limited quantities. Limited editions, slipcovers, booklets, obi strips, rigid boxes, posters, and other packaging elements may become unavailable without notice once inventory is exhausted.

While we make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each edition, final packaging details may vary slightly from pre-production mockups or promotional materials.

Minor cosmetic imperfections to outer packaging, slipcovers, obi strips, shrink wrap, or cases that do not affect playback functionality may not qualify as damage or defects.

Preorders

Preorder items are charged at the time the order is placed. Orders containing preorder items may be held until all items in the order are available for shipment. Customers wishing to receive items separately should place separate orders. Release dates are subject to change due to manufacturing, licensing, authoring, or distribution delays.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Due to the speed at which orders are submitted for warehouse processing, orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all order information before checkout, including the shipping address, item selection, and format compatibility.

Shipping

Vaux Releasing currently ships to customers located in the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, manufacturing delays, or other circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of Vaux Releasing.

Returns and Defective Items

Please review our Return & Refund Policy for complete information regarding returns, exchanges, damaged shipments, and defective merchandise.

Playback defects, authoring errors, or manufacturing defects may occasionally occur. In such cases, we may offer replacement programs or corrective actions at our discretion.

You agree to provide accurate and current information during checkout and account registration.
